    To begin with cut the bread slices diagonally or with a desired shape of your choice. Keep them aside.

    Beat the egg in a wide bowl. Add in salt and coriander leaves, mix everything well.

  3. 3

    Heat a toasting pan with oil and spread it well.

  4. 4

    Dip the bread slices in egg mix and place them on the hot pan. Toast them on both sides until done over a medium heat.

  5. 5

    Serve egg bread toast hot for breakfast or as an evening snack with tomato sauce or any chutney.
