Ingredients

  1. 1 cupunsalted butter- softened
  2. 1 cuplight brown sugar
  3. 1/2 cupgranulated sugar
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1 tspalmond extract
  6. 1 1/4 cupall-purpose flour
  7. 1 tspbaking soda
  8. 1/2 tspsea salt
  9. 3 cupquick rolled oats
  10. 2 cupbutterscotch chips

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Beat butter and both sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and almond extract. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and then add slowly to batter. Add the chips.

  3. 3

    Heat oven to 350°F. Take spoonfuls of dough and roll into walnut size balls and place 2 inches apart on a parchment lined sheet. Bake 8 min. Enjoy!
