Ingredients

  1. 3Avocados
  2. 3Tomatoes
  3. 2Garlic Cloves
  4. 1Lemon
  5. 1 dashTabasco Pepper Sauce
  6. 1Handful of Fresh Coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Chuck the tomatoes into a bowl of boiling water for about a minute (any longer and the tomatoes will go mushy)

    Skin the tomatoes and chop to desired size

  3. 3

    Peel the avocados and chop. Throw everything into a bowl together

  4. 4

    Crush the garlic into the bowl

  5. 5

    Squeeze in the lemon juice

  6. 6

    Add Tabasco according to taste

  7. 7

    Throw in the fresh coriander and mash everything. If you mash too long, it will become more of a paste. Chunky is better
