In a small bowl combine lime juice, hot sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix, set aside.

Cut the avocados in half, remove pits, scoop out flesh and put in a large bowl.

Immediately add lime juice mixture and toss well.

Mash half the avocados with a fork and dice the other half with a knife. Then fold in the tomatoes.
