nikkis deviled eggs

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Boil eggs 20-30 min. After done you can let them cool down .Or if in a hurry , put the eggs in a bowl of cool water to cool down faster .
- 2
After cooled down , peel the shells off . Carefully so the egg its self won't peel off. After done slice eggs in half (whichever way you prefer).
- 3
Put yolk into bowl and with a fork , mash the yolk until it looks like its fine pieces (kind of like powder but thicker).
- 4
Add the mayo , mustard Tabasco sauce . Mix it all together .
- 5
If adding pickles , you can dice them up into little pieces . (you can add relish or nothing at all. Depending on your taste .) After you're done cutting add them in the mixture and mix them . Also add the pinch of sugar (depending how much you want & to your taste )
- 6
Mix it all together . You can add the mixture into a zip lock baggie twist it up and cut the corner of the bag and use it to squeeze out the mixture in a neat way and not messy. or you can use a spoon .
- 7
(OPTIONAL) after done . You can sprinkle paprika . I lightly add Tabasco sauce .
- 8
(if you like it sweet I suggest you use Kraft's miracle whip mayo. If you don't have any use a little more sugar . Tangy a little more mustard. Want it with a kick ? add more Tabasco sauce or maybe even add a slice of jalepeno on the top. ENJOY.
