3-5 min Low speed to mix ingredient A. Add additional 25g water if the dough is too dry.

Add in butter to the dough with low speed, after butter mixed into to dough.. turn to high speed for about 5-8 min

Let the dough rest for 30min.

Split the dough and make into desirable shape

Let the bread dough proof for another 45 mins
- 6
Lastly. Bake for 35-40min at 160-170°c and lower rack

We ran out of bread but it's a long line at the supermarket. Our city is still in community quarantine. I have to make bread. I have no bread flour so I used all purpose flour instead. I also don't have a loaf pan so I just used a tray. I also tried putting a simple slash design on the loaf but it didn't work 😅 bemski
