Ingredients

  1. 2 largecucumbers
  2. 1 mediumwhite onion
  3. 1 1/2 cupwhite vinegar
  4. 1 cup(plus some) water
  5. 1/8 tsptable salt
  6. 1 dashground black pepper
  7. 1 pinchseasoning salt
  8. 1/4 tspdill weed

    In a medium bowl, mix together water, vinegar, and seasonings.

    Using a mandolin on a medium setting, slice the cucumbers and onion into the vinegar mixture.

  3. 3

    Allow the vinegar mixture to coat all of the cucumber and onion slices. Most likely, they will not be completely submerged.

    Store in the refrigerator for at least twelve hours to marinate, but this is optional. They will be best after a couple of days.
