Ingredients

2 servings
  1. For stew
  2. 5medium size potatoes
  3. 1carrot
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 1 cuppeas
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 2 tbspCooking oil
  8. For chapati
  9. 5 cupsflour
  10. 2 cupswater
  11. 1 tspsalt
  12. 2 tbspoil
  13. More oil for cooking

Cooking Instructions

    Chapati

    Add 2 cups warm water in a bowl add salt and 2 tbsp oil

  3. 3

    Add 4 cups flour to the water and mix using a wooden spoon

  4. 4

    Transfer the dough to a flouredsurface and continue kneading using the remaining cup of flour knead till u get a soft non sticky dough

  5. 5

    Let it resr for 10 minutes then spread it and cut into strips as shown in the photo

    Roll the strips to form round balls

    Spread and cook your chapati

    Peas stew

    Assemble and prepare your ingredients

    Fry onions till soft

  11. 11

    Add tomatoes as you stir

  12. 12

    Add carrots continue stirring add salt

  13. 13

    Add your peas and some water let cook for a while

  14. 14

    Add potatoes and you can add more water according to preferance let it cook

  15. 15
