Ingredients

7 servings
  1. 1/2bag. Ore Ida tater tots
  2. 5eggs beaten
  3. 1/2 cup2% milk
  4. 4sliced bacon; crumbled
  5. 1/4 cupJimmy dean's crumbled sausage
  6. 1/4 cupKroger diced ham
  7. 1/2onion; diced
  8. 1/4green pepper; diced
  9. 1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  10. 1 Tsp.Onion Powder
  11. 1 Tsp.Garlic Powder
  12. 1/2 Tsp.Celery salt
  13. 1/2 Tsp.Slap-ya-mama; Cajun seasoning
  14. PinchGround Black pepper
  15. Oil, butter, non-stick spray

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. 2

    Spray or coat the bottom of a cast iron skillet or baking pan.

  3. 3

    Later bottom of skillet or pan with tater tots.

  4. 4

    Next add meat and onions on top.

  5. 5

    In a bowl brat together eggs, milk, and seasonings.

  6. 6

    Pour egg mixture over meat and tater tots.

  7. 7

    Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Remove and let cool down a little.

    Take a knife and run it along the edge of pan and has to loosen from sides.

    Serve and enjoy!
