My premier post baked on a jiko. I used honey to glaze the moist date cake & sprinkled with sugar coated varyari seeds.

You don't need anything special! You can make cake without oven. All you need is pot (or sufuria), small bowl, plate, cups for cake, and napkin :)

I visited my friend today and since she knows how to bake cakes she helped me bake vanilla cake using jiko and mawe Tatu. I was so happy because it was the first time I baked and the result was awesome. It was a very good experience baking using the jiko.
