This kind of food is not common in our region. We are more into Baryani (extra spicy rice cooked with chicken or red meat ) So I thought to give it a try. My recipes are based on what's available in kitchen: ) Hope u will enjoy making it and eating it. Mahib Bukhari -
Sugar Cookies Sugar Cookies
Every year around Christmas season with my family, we decorate these cookies. You'll get sick of decorating them by nights end because the recipe yields about 6 dozen! But they're really good cookies if I say so myself!! Thanks to my photographer hubby Mike to always make a nice picture out of something so simple! kokomayla -
Dark Chocolate Cupcakes Dark Chocolate Cupcakes
Recipe is originally from Pretty Simple Sweet that I'm still playing around with. Butter cakes are nice and fluffy and have a good buttery backflavor, but oil cakes keep things moist. Coffee also enhances the chocolate flavor and I do love baking with sour milk (not the milk you buy at your regular grocery store). Very intense chocolate flavor! Cassandra Newcomb -

Salmon & Chinese Cabbage Milk Soup Salmon & Chinese Cabbage Milk Soup
I had Chinese cabbage, salmon, and milk that was approaching its expiration date in my refrigerator, so I made a soup and it was well-received, so I made it into a recipe.I'm kinda lazy, so I like quick and easy!At any rate, I made this very easily. When boiling, the milk tends to bubble over easily, so adjust the heat to keep it from doing so.Many times after I make this I use the left-over soup to make a simple risotto. It's really delicious. Why not give it a try. Recipe by puyopunyu. cookpad.japan -
Easy Sweet Potato Bites Easy Sweet Potato Bites
My eldest son picked some potatoes and brought them home.I created this recipe so that it only includes the crucial steps, so there is no need to sift ingredients and you won't have too much washing to do!For measuring I use a big plate and rest the bag on top of it, just tossing in the ingredients after I measure them. The margarine and sugar will melt from the residual heat from the potatoes, so they'll be easy to mix in.These taste just as good as more complicated sweet potato bites. When heating the potatoes up in the microwave I used the setting for cooking root vegetables. Heat and keep checking on them until they soften. If you roll them into balls after piping they tend not to stick to your hands!Since they're small, feel free to freeze these and put them in your lunchbox for the next day.
