Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9” tart pan with non stick cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the crushed chocolate graham crackers, melted butter and sugar. Press this mixture in the tart pan making sure you press it very evenly. Place it on a baking sheet and refrigerate it for about 20 minutes. - 2
Bake it at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
Place 1 cup of the raspberries in a blender and puree it. Pass it through a fine sieve and get rid of the solids.
Place the chocolate chips in a bowl and set aside. Place the heavy cream in a small sauce pan and bring it to a simmer. - 3
Pour the heavy cream over the chocolate and let it sit for a few minutes. Stir until the chocolate is all melted and then stir in the raspberry puree and salt.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the baked tart shell and chill it in the fridge for about an hour and a half. Arrange the raspberries over the top and place it back in the fridge for another hour or so but the longer it's in the refrigerator the better it sets and the yummier it is - 4

Valentine's Day was coming up fast. I felt like making a chocolate tart so I gave it a try.-Use your favorite kind of chocolate. (I have a sweet tooth, so I use milk chocolate.)-Even if the surface isn't hard when it comes out of the oven, it will harden as it cools, so don't worry. For 18 cm [7.1 in] tart. Cheese Chocolate Tart Cheese Chocolate Tart
I made this as a birthday present for my boyfriend. I always made strawberry cake, so this year to be different, I made chocolate tart. It's like Valentine's.For a 20 cm tart pan, it will be 1 cake. It's not very sweet, so use sweet or milk chocolate if you prefer sweeter taste. The reason I line chocolate flakes on the bottom is to prevent the cream from seeping through the poked holes. (maybe you don't need it)Instead of cheese cream, you can use whipped heavy cream, decorate with strawberry! Recipe by Yossy. (makes two 12 cm tart pan.) cookpad.japan
