Cooking Instructions
- 1
Crush the Oreo cookies, to form fine crumbs. Add butter to it and mix well. Press the mixture into the bottom of a small tin and put it in the freezer (just need to freeze for a few minutes only).
- 2
Chop both the chocolates and place in a mixing bowl.
- 3
Heat the cream over a medium-low heat, don't boil or simmer.
- 4
Remove the cream from the heat and pour it over the chocolate and let it sit for a couple of minutes.
- 5
Then stir until all the chocolate melts.
- 6
Remove the prepared crust from the freezer.
- 7
Pour the melted chocolate over the crust.
- 8
Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours before serving. I normally leave it overnight and serve it the next day.

This is just something that I came up with on the spot. If you're not going to eat it right away, you can coat the bananas with strained apricot jam to prevent discoloration.*You can use the glacage fromfor the chocolate sauce. It's a convenient sauce that you can make a lot of and keep stored.*When you're melting the chocolate in the microwave, mix it as you warm it up. Keep your eye on it and adjust the cooking time accordingly. Since it's on the bottom of the tart, you do not need to warm it in a hot water bath. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan
