Lamb and Rosemary Lamb and Rosemary
We always enjoy lamb cooked like this in my house.I forgot to add this to the recipe steps, but when the lamb chops are done, season with salt and pepper. You can use frozen rosemary! Any sauce is fine, but I recommend a simple one, so you can enjoy the aroma, sweetness and umami of the lamb and rosemary. This time, I made a butter soy sauce. Recipe by Ms.takosu cookpad.japan -

Low fat lamb stir fry Low fat lamb stir fry
On my 14th day being good cooking low fat this recipe doesn't feel nice...feels really naughty. Maybe I put too much soy sauce but I loved it. Also making use of the kale and chinese leaf cabbage that my guinea pigs love because I never know how to use up.... almu21 -
Mutton Leg (Raan) Roast Mutton Leg (Raan) Roast
This recipe holds a special place in my heart. This mouthwatering dish is the signature creation of my beloved Uncle/Mamoo at every Eid party. It was the centrepiece of the feast and everyone in the family gathered around the dining table, eyes filled with anticipation, waiting for it to be served. Marinated to perfection, the meat would be infused with a blend of aromatic spices and slowly roasted to achieve a succulent tenderness.I'm sharing this recipe to remember the joyous gatherings that surrounded this remarkable dish, as well as the expertise and love that went into it. Moroccan Lamb Tagine Moroccan Lamb Tagine
#nonindian - This is a classic Moroccan Dish where marinated lamb is slow cooked to perfection in a Tagine pot. This is my version of this popular cuisine, where I gave an Indian touch by adding some crushed kasuri methi and yoghurt. Rest of the spices used are very much a part of Moroccan cuisine. This is a yummy dish with a subtle flavour of the rose water, which can be substituted with saffron. There is a crunch to every bite with the presence of the dry fruits. Some sliced veggies like carrots and potatoes along with dates, prunes and apricots too, can be added. It is traditionally relished with couscous, but for the Indian palate rice or any Indian bread is perfectly fine. Bethica Das -
