Ingredients

40mins
  1. 200 ggoat meat
  2. 20 mlcooking oil
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 2 table spoonLamb masala
  5. 1 table spooncrushed garlic
  6. 1 table spooncrushed ginger
  7. 5 leavesmint
  8. 3 leavesrosemary
  9. 1red onion
  10. 2 tablespoonsoy sauce light
  11. 1 bunchcoriander

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the meat into desirable pieces and Put the meat in a bowl

  2. 2

    Chop mint, rosemary, garlic and ginger

  3. 3

    Add the above ingredients in the meat bowl

  4. 4

    Add soy sauceand salt and mix well

  5. 5

    Add lamb masala and mix well too. Wrap it and let it marinate for about 30mins

  6. 6

    Add oil in a pan and let it heat

  7. 7

    Add marinated meat and let it Cook under high heat then reduce the heat for about 15minutes

  8. 8

    Add onions and let it Cook for about 3mins

  9. 9

    Chop corriander and mints

  10. 10

    Mix them for about a minute and it's ready to serve
