Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 1/4 cupoil
  3. 1 cupwarm water
  4. 1 tea spoonsalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl mix together flour, salt and oil.

    Add the water and knead the dough knead for 10-15 minutes then cover and leave for 30 minutes.

    Now roll out the big dough and spread some oil over the dough, cut the dough using knife into several pieces.

    Roll each piece to make a semi-circle.

  5. 5

    Roll out chapati and cook on a pan, cook the chapati both sides quickly without oil, but the next time you turn run it with a little oil round the sides of the pan,when done it should be golden brown.
