I love egg curry for very few but strong reasons. Its eggs, who doesn't love eggs🤣 a while back in 2019, I had a kitchen accident while cooking egg curry. Let's just say my calf got the best part of the pan.😭 I gave myself some time from it, and now I am just glad I can make it with so much confidence. 💪🏾 Also, my son loves this meal.🫶🏾
