Ingredients

  1. 1mudu beans flour
  2. 1mudu cassava flour
  3. 2tspn of edible potash
  4. 2 tablespoonkuka powder
  5. 1big Chopped onions
  6. 2boiled egg
  7. Grinded pepper(yaji)
  8. 2 cubeMaggi
  9. Groundnut oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients (beans flour,cassava flour,kuka,,potash)

    Take a potion of your mix dry ingredients,whatever quantity of DAN wake you are making.mix with water until soft sticky dough.once you are happy with the dough set it aside

  3. 3

    Put water a pot to boil,once boiled start mouding the danwake dough with your finger in the water and still have a lot room for them to swim around.allow to cook for 10min and put into a a bowl of water to cool and avoid sticking together

    In a pan pour chopped onions,grinded pepper and fry until brown. Serve in a bowl add Maggi and fry oil with pepper
