It was my first trial with poached egg. I liked how it tasted and the combo with baked beans in sausages and bacon... its the fatty breakfast which your mama warned you about.

It was my first trial with poached egg. I liked how it tasted and the combo with baked beans in sausages and bacon... its the fatty breakfast which your mama warned you about.
Cooking Instructions

Add Ketchup, berbeque sauce, blackpepper, chilli and garlic salt in a bowl.

Add beans and toss up well using to mix
- 3
Add strips of bacon and sausages and cheese.
- 4
In a preheated oven at 350f/180 c. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.

For the poached egg boil water in pan. Add salt to it and break your egg on the water

Cook egg on medium heat to avoid it breaking off. Cook it for about 5 minutes

Serve with Toasted bread for breakfast.
