It always seems like a chemistry lab when am cooking at Home this I came about as my son was busy not letting me peel potatoes and he was munching on some bacon and fat came to me enjoy making this mashed potatoes, mixing potatoes increases taste

Peel the potatoes and boil in salt water
- 2
In a separate pan on low heat add the bacon and butter and let cook add garlic once cooked
- 3
Mince the bacon, garlic and coriander and throw in the potatoes with the bacon fat butter
- 4
Mash till smooth add some milk or cream to make creamy
- 5
Enjoy hot.
