Ingredients

  1. 2eggs
  2. 1small onion
  3. 1carrot
  4. 1 tbspoil
  5. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Chop onion, grate the carrot,in a bowl beat eggs add in the carrot and onions mix well with a pinch of salt.

    Heat oil on a non stick pan,pour your egg mixture,stir occasionally,and leave it to cook till is ready,serve either with ugali or on its own.
