Wash the cucumber,cut and put in side the blender,

Peel the Ginger,wash and put in side the blender
- 3
Blend it for 3minutes, put it in the colander and seive
- 4
Add more water and sugar to taste,squeeze lemon juice inside
- 5
Best serve chilled
