Cooking Instructions

Chop tomatoes and onions into pieces.

Take a grinder and add onion pieces, tomato pieces, garlic, ginger, all masalas, cashews and make a paste.

In a pan take 2 spoon butter and 1 spoon oil and add the grinded paste. Cook till oil floats and the rawness of tomatoes goes.

Add little water and give it a boil. Then add paneer pieces and let it cook for 5 to 7 mins. Garnish with coriander (optional).Serve with roti or naan.
