Cara Memasak
- 1
Make pizza dough and prepare white sauce and toppings during the dough’s fermentation process(10-15mins).
- 2
Put butter and all purpose flour in a heat resistant bowl, wrap it with a cling wrap and microwave it at 600w for about 1 min. Melt the butter and mix it well with a whisk.
- 3
Wrap it with a cling wrap again and microwave at 600w for another 1 min. Heat until the mixture becomes fluffy. Mix it well.
- 4
Add 1/3 of milk in a bowl and mix well. Add the rest of milk and consommé powder. Mix well and microwave at 600w for about 2mins. Mix it well.
- 5
Wrap it again and heat at 600w until it boils. Mix it and see if the mixture becomes smooth thick sauce. If not, microwave it again.
- 6
Preheat the oven at 230 degrees.
- 7
Prepare all the toppings. Place the dough on the baking sheet, apply some olive oil to make it easier to form and make a round shape.
- 8
Place white sauce and all toppings. Bake at 230 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
- 9
Ready to serve hot!!

Salmon Meuniere in 15mins (Japanese style) Salmon Meuniere in 15mins (Japanese style)
Meunière is a word originally coming from France which means “to prepare something(for example fish) by dredging it in flour, pan fried in butter and served with the butter sauce”.Although it’s a French style of cooking, most Japanese students learn how to cook this “Salmon Meunière” in school during home economics cooking class. So did I.As for Japanese version, the key is to use butter and “soy sauce” for the finishing sauce. It’s so delicious and easy so hoping that you will also try this Japanese all time favorite fish dish! Kanaaneko -
2 ingredients only! Homemade ice cream with marshmallow & fresh milk 🍨💕 2 ingredients only! Homemade ice cream with marshmallow & fresh milk 🍨💕
While browsing Cookpad Japan, I found an ice cream recipe which only needs 2 ingredients. It caught my eyes because I always think that I need to use eggs and full cream to make ice cream!! Using marshmallow is such a new and unique idea!!!😍 Preparation needs only 5 mins and you can just freeze it for 2 hours! And what made me even more surprised was that I didn’t need to mix the ice cream every 1-2 hours which we usually need to do when making ice cream.Original recipe in Cookpad Japan:https://cookpad.wasmer.app/recipe/383052?view=classic#share_url Kanaaneko -

Penne and potato gratin to consume milk 🥛 Christmas dinner 2022 🎄❄️ Penne and potato gratin to consume milk 🥛 Christmas dinner 2022 🎄❄️
Few days back, Japanese prime minister called on people to drink a cup of milk than we normally do and also to use more milk for cooking 🥛 This is to avoid huge wastage of milk(estimated to be around 5,000 tones just in this winter!) which is caused due to the lower demand of the milk in schools’ meals and restaurants during the year end.So, I decided to make this macaroni gratin which I can use up some milk for the Christmas dinner 🎄✨ Kanaaneko -
