Dalam mangkuk besar, pukul telur, susu, vanila, garam, dan gula sehingga larut

Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit sehingga adunan sebati dan licin. Kacau bersama kismis.

Dalam kuali tidak melekat cairkan 2 sudu besar mentega guna api sederhana.

Setelah mentega cair, tuangkan adunan ke dalam kuali dan masak kira-kira 5 minit,
sehingga penkek siap dan bahagian bawah berwarna perang keemasan.

Balikkan penkek sebaik masak kemudian gunakan spatula untuk mula memecahkannya menjadi kepingan seukuran gigitan.

Masak selama beberapa minit lagi, sehingga kedua-dua belah kepingan pancake berwarna perang keemasan.
Taburkan dengan gula aisin dan hidangkan dengan buah-buahan segar.
