Keto Chocolate Mug Cake

this recipe has 278kcal with carbs 7.8g (net carb 2.4g)
super easy to make that it is a waste to not to try it. if u r on keto for awhile, u will have all these ingredients in hand and it can be done under 5mins.
the initial recipe is for mug but i made it in a remikin coz my mug wasn't big enough
it's not a pretty birthday celebratory cake. it is more than enough to satisfy your craving while on keto.
it serves 1 but it's quite filling due to the almond flour. so it can be share with 2 persons on a cold weekend night, under the blanket while watching netflix.
i use allulose. can add extra tablespoon if u really want it to be sweet.
u can change to other sweetener but be aware of the aftertaste
stevia - bitter when add to chocolate
monkfruit - sour aftertaste
erythritol - tingling "cooling" taste
almond flour and egg can give out a "taste", if you know you know.
but greek yogurt would cancel it out.

Cara Memasak

Melt butter in mug/remikin depends on your preferences (microwave it probably set around 15seconds)

Mix in all the wet ingredients in the same mug/remikin- i use fork 😬 (egg, yogurt, vanilla essence)

Mix in the dry ingredients (almond flour, allulose, cocoa powder, baking powder) all at once, don't worry about it we are keto baker not a real baker

Mix it until well combine and no obvious chunk

Put in microwave for 90sec

Wait to cool for ~60sec. enjoy it while it's hot! it's fudgy, comforting and delicious
