Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlboiled rice
  2. 1 tspMTR sambhar Masala
  3. as per tastesalt
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  7. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  8. 1 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds(let it crackle).Add turmeric, salt, chilli powder, garam masala and sambhar masala. And mix well on low flame Add boiled rice and mix well to coat in the masala.

    Serve this quick and easy snack hot with Raita or Any dish.
