Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmoong dal
  2. 1 1/4 cupsugar
  3. 3/4 cupghee
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 10-15chopped almonds and cashews
  6. 10-15Raisins
  7. 1/2 tspcardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan dry roast dal till golden brown, now cool it and grind in powder base.

    Heat a pan add ghee in it and roast some dry fruits and keep aside. Then in same pan add ghee and put powder dal in it and again roast moong dal in golden brown and till leaves the ghee.

    Then add milk stir well and when halwa becomes little thick add sugar and after 5 minutes add roasted dry fruits and cardamom powder mix well and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.

    Then moong dal halwa garnish with almond and cashews.
