Cooking Instructions

Firstly u will wash d dry Zobo and put water in a pot together with the Zobo, ginger and clove and leave it to boil
2

After it boiled u will leave it for some time to be cold
3

Flirt it and add ur lime, cucumber and sugar with a little ice block

I used to make hibiscus tea in the US. When I moved to Nigeria and heard about zobo🤩🌺 wowww it’s a deeper red flower then what I used to grow . By far my favorite juice now!

Always thinking of something different to make 🤔 I made my zobo juice ( recipe on here) so since the flowers are edible and very good for you, I made zoboooo jam 😀 now that all the flavors are in the juice I just finish the rest!
