Ingredients

  1. 4 pcsChopped Couliflower (frozen)
  2. 1chopped medium carrot (frozen)
  3. 4Brussels sprouts (frozen)
  4. 1/2 tsp butter
  5. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  6. 1/2 tspolive oil
  7. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  8. 1/2 tspSalt
  9. 2boiled egg

Cooking Instructions

    Take one pan and heat oil, butter in the pan.

    Add cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, carrot (can add any seasonal vegetables) and stir occasionally on medium heat.

    Let them to soft and light brown. Add black pepper and chaat masala and mix well.

    Remove them from pan. Keep on plate and add boiled egg. Serve with curd.
