#Pizzasokoto Mini pizzas are fun to make.They are perfect treat for kids party.This recipe is a quick way to make pizzas in no time.It does not require waiting hours for the dough to rise,that's why the recipe calls for 2 tbsp of yeast instead of 2 tsp.Feel free to add other toppings of your choice such as avocados,sweetcorn etc while trying out this recipe.

Ingredients

18-20 servings
  1. 3 1/2-4 cupsflour
  2. 5 tbspvegetable oil
  3. 2 tbspyeast
  4. 1 tbspsugar
  5. 2 tspsalt
  6. 1-11/2 cupwater
  7. 1 cantomatoe paste
  8. 1cooking spoon vegetable oil
  9. 1 cubemaggi
  10. 1 packMozzarella cheese
  11. 1onion chopped
  12. 1large green pepper and red bell pepper chopped
  13. 5sausages cubed
  14. 1 cupcooked beef chunks
  15. 1 tspcurry
  16. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    For the pizza sauce,heat oil in a sauce pan add tomatoe paste and fry.Add maggi,curry to taste and some water and allow to cook for 2 minutes.Set aside and allow to cool.To make the pizza base,start by activating your yeast in warm water and allow to sit for 5 minutes untill foamy.

    In a bowl,sift in your flour add sugar and salt and mix with a fork.

    Make a well at the centre and pour in your activated yeast,oil and water and mix.

    Transfer unto a floured surface and knead untill the dough becomes smooth and stretchy

    Cover and allow the dough to rest for 5 minutes.

    Roll out dough,use a circle cutter to cut out 18 to 20 discs and lay on a greased baking sheet.

    Spoon tomatoe paste and spread on the disc,top with mozzarella cheese,beef chunks,sausages,onion red pepper and green pepper.

    Bake in a pre heated oven untill crispy.
