Combine flour,yeast,salt sugar and oil,add in warm water as desired to form a soft dough and cover,allow the dough to rise for about 40mins

For the sauce, grate onions and bonnet pepper,add the ketchup and mix then grate ur garlic and parsely and add.and bake

For the topping,slice your peppers dice the sausage and shred your already cooked and seasoned meat

Now get the dough,flatten in in your pan then put the base sauce then the meat then sausages and pepper s then add your grated cheese

I tested this recipe many times and finally settled on this recipe. This is the simplest Italian pizza and my favorite.I've made this many times.If I only I had a brick oven at home or an oven that gets hotter than 300℃, I could make even more delicious pizza!Instead of using only mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, I tried adding melting type cheese too, which is easy to eat.If your oven goes up to 300℃, please try cooking your pizza at a high temperature.If you remove the parchment paper and cook the pizza directly on the baking sheet, it will come out crispier.
