  1. Mutton pieces 15
  2. Onion 4 small slice cutting
  3. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  4. 2 tspSalt (1 tsp for Mutton yakhni)
  5. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  6. 1 packetnational biryani masala
  7. Tomato 3 small short cutting
  8. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  9. 1 cupYogurt
  10. Rice 1 kg soak half hour ND boiled 2 kni with 1 tsp salt
  11. Yakhni 1 & half glass
  12. 6Green chilli
  13. Oil half cup
  14. Salad for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Mutton mein ginger garlic paste 1 tsp salt, pani dal k boil kr lein. Yakhni bn jayghi. Yakhni zyada bn gai hai to ap frezr me rakh lein. Next day koi dish bnani ho Mutton ki to us me shorba bna lein.

    Pateely me oil dalen. Onion golden fry kren. Boiled Mutton, Tomato Hari mirchy, sare masalay or green chilli dal K bhoun lein. Phir 5 mint baad yogurt dal k bhoun lein. Oil alg nzr aye to 1 & half glass Mutton ki yakhni dal dein. Boil aye to anch dum jitni kr k boiled rice dal k mix kren or 15 mint dum de dein. Salad k sath serve kren.
