Ingredients

  1. Oil 2 cup for frying
  2. Flour 1 cup 100 gm
  3. 1/4 tspZeera
  4. 1 pinchAjwain
  5. Salt half tsp
  6. 2 tbspOil for binding
  7. Water half cup

Cooking Instructions

    Maida me Ajwain, salt, zeera, oil daal kar mix Karen or water se ghond ly.

    Atta ghondh kar Issy needing Karen acchy Tarah masal kar choty pery banayn.

    Phir poori bel kar balyn se dot Daly Iss se poori khasta banty hy.

    Oil gram kerky poori fry Karen. Hum Sher khorma me Iss Pori me Ajwain ki jagga Kali Mirch koot kar daalty hy or Iss Tarah banaty hy.

    Buht hi crispy or Khasta poori chai or hi tea ky liye best hy.
