#FestiveModak is the most popular dish of the festival Ganesh Chaturthi. Generally modak is made with rice flour and coconut stuffing. I made these modak little different from the traditional one, with the flavor of Puran poli which is also a very famous festive dish.

Today, I made a new style of tasty and quick modak for Lord Ganesha. These are especially loved by children. You should definitely try making Oreo modak. This Modak has a filling of coconut, jaggery and cardamom powder and the outer layer of wrap is made with wheat flour and rice flour

Originally, it was ladoo (the one my mom used to make) but I infused a little of my fusion into it and turned it into modak.
