Steps

Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped dry fruits in pan and fry for 1 minute.

Now add Coconut powder and saute.Mix mawa and condensed milk & saute for 4-5 minutes.

Stuffing is ready and keep it aside.

Heat butter in a pan and add suji. Cook it nicely. Now add condensed milk, sugar and water as needed. Stir continuously till it becomes dough.

Take it out in a plate and mix nicely. Now cut the dough in 3 part. Mix food colours in dough as desired.

Take 3 fold modak mould. Take small piece of different colours of dough and keep 2 colours dough in each fold of modak mould. Close the mould.press the finger from the back side of mould and fill dry fruits stuffing. Open the mould and keep the same on plate.

Beautiful and delicious Dry fruits Modak is ready.
