Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsQuaker oat
  2. 2& 1/2 cup of Water
  3. 4 pcsSeasoning cube
  4. 1tblspn Onga, mix of classic,stew and chicken flavours
  5. 5 pcsfresh Tomatoes
  6. 5 pcsSweet pepper (tattasai)
  7. 10 pcsPepper (atta)
  8. Salt to your taste
  9. 3 pcsmedium onions
  10. 1tspn curry powder
  11. Groundnut oil to fry

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl add the oat and 1 cup of water and begin to mix it and mashing it, till it form sticky dough....Add in 1 & 1/2 cup of water and mix it well till you get paste oat...like (akara paste)

    Wash and grate the peppers,tomatoes and keep aside..

    Slice the onions and keep aside.

    Add in all the ingredients into the paste... grated tomatoes and peppers, sliced onions, seasonings cubes,onga mixed salt,curry powder and mix it all very well.

    Place the pan on fire and pour in the groundnut oil,when its hot start scooping the paste into the hot oil and fry till golden brown...

    Serve hot with ketchup or any dipping of your choice...take it with pap or tea.
