Steps

Take a bowl and add all the ingredients and make a smooth dough. Rest it for 10-15 minutes.

Now take some portion from the dough and roll it out in circular or square shape. Make sure the rolled up part is thick and not too thin.

Now cut it out into triangles.

Take a wok and heat oil, now deep fry these triangles. Let it cool.

Once cooled serve it with peanut hummus.

Dryroast peanuts and then white sesame seeds separately.

Take mixer and add; chickpeas, peanuts, sesame seeds, chilli flakes and salt. Grind it properly.

Then take it out and mix oil.

Hummus is ready, serve with nachos or your favourite snack.
