Ingredients

  1. 2 Cupyellow moong dal
  2. 1/2 cupboiled spinach
  3. 3green chillies
  4. 2 tspoil
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. Filling of tacos
  7. 1.5 cupboiled chopped radish leaves, radish and potatoes
  8. 2 tspoil
  9. 1 tspsalt
  10. 1 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  12. 1/2 tspamchur powder
  13. 1chopped tomato
  14. 2 tspmint mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak moong dal in water for approximately 2 hours.

    After 2 hours transfer soaked moong dal, green chilli, salt and boiled palak leaves in a grinder jar and grind it to make a smooth batter. (Add water if required)

    Now heat and grease tawa and make cheela using the prepared batter. Cook it properly from both the sides. Same way we can prepare more cheele using rest of the batter. Now just half fold the prepared cheele, Keep them aside.

    Now for preparing the filling - first we will squeeze out the excess water from boiled vegetables.

    Now heat oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds, tomato pieces, boiled vegetables and spices in it, mix them just cook for 15 minutes on low flame.

    Once filling is properly cooked, fill it inside the moong dal Tacos. Garnish them with mint mayonnaise.
