This was my first try at this delicious dessert and it was a hit and not to mention beautiful ! Perfect for a summer time treat or anytime ! And the fruit makes it a bit healthier LOL.

Cooking Instructions

Press sugar cookies into pan to form your “crust” bake as directed
- 2
Let cool completely
- 3
Mix sugar and cream cheese and spread onto cookie crust
- 4
Top with your favorite sliced fresh fruits slice and serve

Make sure to follow them and check out their recipes!This fruit pizza is something I decided to make in the past few days. I’m using my grandmas sugar cookie recipe for the crust and a homemade cream cheese frosting for the sauce. The toppings are kiwis, strawberries, blueberries, and cherries (optional). You need to make sure that your cloves fruit is FRESH! It’s very important! The type of fruit you select to put on your fruit pizza is up to you. This recipe just gives you a general idea. Although this recipe sounds difficult, this recipe is super easy!
