Had sliced cabbage and carrot for Cole slow but decided to stir fry with potato.Have a try!
Cooking Instructions

Peel potato and boil till cooked with some salt to give it taste then set aside

Put oil on pan and put the onions sliced with chopped scotch bonnet add Maggie and turn. Then put your cabbage nd carrot continue turning

When soft add the potatoe and fried chicken parts. and continue to stir till mixed then serve as side dish or with main dish.Enjoy
