  1. 250 gbutter
  2. 1 cupsflour
  3. 1/2 cupcustard powder
  4. 1/2 cupspowdered sugar
  5. 4 tablespoonsugar
  6. 2 tablespoonvanilla flavour
  7. 1eggs

    Combine the flour and custard powder together

  2. 2

    Take a bowl, add butter,powdered sugar and mix this to a creamy consistency, add beaten egg and mix it well.

  3. 3

    Add the mixed flour and mix it like a soft dough

  4. 4

    Make them into round balls and coat them with sugar.

  5. 5

    Transfer this to baking tray, take a fork and press it on the top of the roundels.

  6. 6

    At last, bake them at 180oC for 15 minutes.
