This recipe of sweet and sour sauce is the best I've tried so far the combo of the sweetness, sourness and spicy just takes this sauce to another level of enjoyment. The sauce can be paired with rice,pasta, plantain or yam. Enjoy it how you like it. #saucecontest

Ingredients

  1. 2sardine fish
  2. 5pepper
  3. Tomato paste
  4. 2Onions
  5. 5tomatoes chopped
  6. Bell pepper
  7. cubesSeasoning
  8. 1lemon
  9. 1 tspsugar
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. Marinade
  12. 1 tbspnCorn flour
  13. 1 tbspnvinegar
  14. 1lemon juice
  15. 1egg white

Cooking Instructions

    Ingredients for the marinade

    Mix the marinade ingredients together in a bowl.

    Mix them all together place the fish into it allow to marinade for 30- 40 min

  4. 4

    Coat evenly with corn flour and fry in vegetable oil

  5. 5

    Fry until you've exhausted all the fish

  6. 6

    In a sauce pan add little oil into it when its hot pour in the tomato paste into it. Stir fry it until it has absorb all the water in it.pour in the left over marinade sauce into it.

    Add in the fish and 2 cap full of vinegar, sugar, onions and the diced tomatoes and bell pepper

    Mix it up add your lemon juice into it for that extra sourness add black pepper,and oyster sauce

  9. 9

    Mix it up leave for 5 minutes to simmer

  10. 10

    Enjoy with pasta
