Fried White Fish with Sweet Onion Tartare Sauce

When I made the tartare sauce for [Chicken nanban in a lekué steamer], I realized that this would go great with many different kinds of fried dishes.
If you have leftover batter from the [Simple 2-Step Batter], try frying some kabocha squash, onions, or other vegetables that you would have in your home. Recipe by Hokkori-no

Fried Diced Haddock in a Sweet-Savory Sauce Fried Diced Haddock in a Sweet-Savory Sauce
I wanted to get my kids, who are very particular about what they eat, to eat fish! I made the haddock into cute diced fried bits, like I used to have in my school lunches.Fresh haddock is the most delicious, but if you don't have any, sweet-salted haddock can also be used as-is. If you're using salted haddock and you feel it's too salty, soak it in light salt water (1 liter of water with a tablespoon of salt) for 3-4 hours to remove the saltiness. Fried Chicken Sweet N' Sour Sauce with Tartar Fried Chicken Sweet N' Sour Sauce with Tartar
I made it with slightly spicy sweet n' sour sauce. In Miyagi prefecture, they dredge the meat in katakuriko dipped in egg. The fluffy inside will surprise you.A hint is to prepare the chicken meat and to season it well... When frying, make sure to add enough oil so that it comes up to half of the height of the chicken I personally like tartar sauce, but eat with whatever sauce you prefer. For reference, the tartar sauce is made by combining 1 boiled egg, minced onion, minced cucumber, 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 4 tablespoons lemon juice, and salt, and pepper, and a pinch of parsley. Oven-Baked Salmon with Sweet Chili Mayo Sauce Oven-Baked Salmon with Sweet Chili Mayo Sauce
I'm thankful for this dish on busy days since I can just leave it alone in the oven and the side dish cooks with it You don't even need to buy sweet chili sauce, you can make your own..These taste best when topped with heaps of sauce. If you're using the toaster-oven and the salmon seems to be browning before its completely cooked, cover with aluminum foil. It depends on the thickness of the filets, but they should bake for 10-12 minutes. Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei cookpad.japan -

Banana Fritters with Sweet & Spicy Soy Sauce Dip Banana Fritters with Sweet & Spicy Soy Sauce Dip
These days, banana fritters are served with wide variety of toppings or extras like #syrup, #honey, #icecream, #chocolate, powdered sugar, #caramel sauce, creamy #custard and even grated #cheese. We, however, still love our banana #fritters served with very much #Asian flavour, The #Sweet & #Spicy Soy Sauce #Dip.Note:1. For the Fritters - Avoid using overripe bananas. We use Cavendish bananas; the only bananas that are widely available and sold here.2. For the sauce - Adjust chillies accordingly.3. Flour - use equal portion of 4 flours listed in the recipe to make the batter, depending on how many bananas on hand.4. To make the batter, some use cold water or lemonade (clear carbonated drinks). We use tap water.#dessert #teatime #banana #starch #heirloom #familyrecipe #breakfast #lunch #dinner #cucur #cucurpisang #pisang #bananafritters Pinkblanket's Kitchen -

User "mybinue's" chili dip was very tasty, so I tried using it in a bagel sandwich. It will be tastier if you use sweet onions. User "umemikki" said that it's nice with normal onions if you fry them first. This time I used non-oil tuna. If you are using tuna packed in oil, make sure you drain it well. I love deep fried mackerel (mackerel tatsutaage). I wanted to make it more delicious as well as eat more vegetables with it, so I thought of this recipe. It will have a more strong taste if you add grated garlic to the B ingredients. Either way is good! You will need to fry the mackerel a bit longer if it has a backbone. Deep fry it for about 5 minutes in that case. For 5 to 6 servings. Recipe by Mamemame cookpad.japan -
