Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsoaked tigernut
  2. 4 tbsppowdered milk
  3. 1/3 cupsugar
  4. cubesIce
  5. Water as required

Cooking Instructions

    Blend well tigernut with water and sieve.

  2. 2

    Add little water in a blender, Blend powdered milk and sugar until smooth.

  3. 3

    Pour it into the sieved tigernut and stir. Add ice cubes and serve cold.
