First make syrup of 1 cup sugar and 3/4 cup water and keep aside to cool.

Now cut the fruit into halves and scoop out the pulp all now churn in the blender and sieve out with cotton malmal cloth so black seeds will not come and mix in the sugar syrup.Keep it safe in the fridge for 1 week

Making time add 1/4 glass of squash then add sugar cubes and water and serve with soaked sabja seeds

For sabja seeds clean with tea strainer and soak in water for half an hour and serve it cold with squash.
