Ingredients

  1. Couscous
  2. Oil
  3. Yellow food colour
  4. Onion
  5. Peppe
  6. Seasoning
  7. Spices
  8. Meat
  9. Salt
  10. Cabbage

Cooking Instructions

    Boil your couscous and put yellow food colour

  2. 2

    Wash your peppe and blend it then dice your onion

  3. 3

    Wash the cabbage and cut it

  4. 4

    Wash your meat per boil it add salt and spices then stir it and leave it to tender then minced it

  5. 5

    In a pot add oil pour the blended peppe and onion then stir it for 3min add seasoning, spice and salt to your taste then add small amount of water and leave it for about 10min

  6. 6

    After that open the pot add your meat and cabbage then stir it and leave it for 2min. Cabbage soup is ready to served with couscous
