Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a couscous pot, place the onion, meat, spices, olive oil, and vegetable oil over low heat.
- 2
After letting it simmer, add the paprika, turnip, cabbage, carrots, cilantro, and parsley, then add water and let it cook.
- 3
After 25 minutes, take the couscous and mix in 1 1/2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, let it sit for 1 1/2 minutes.
- 4
Pour in a small tea glass of water, mix, and let it rest for another 2 minutes. Place it in the couscous steamer over the pot.
- 5
Place it over the pot and let it steam until the steam rises through the couscous, then remove it.
- 6
Put it in a bowl, pour in a cup of water gradually, mix until it fluffs up, add a little salt, then place it back in the pot until the steam rises through the couscous, not from the sides of the pot. Before that, add the zucchinis and pumpkin with the other vegetables to the pot.
- 7
Note: (If the broth is absorbed, add more water)
- 8
The couscous is cooked, now just let the vegetables cook until done. Enjoy your meal!
- 9
When the steam rises, remove it, add half a cup of water, mix, let it absorb, then place it back in the pot until the steam rises again, then remove it.
