Ingredients

  2. 1.1 lbsmeat
  3. 1large onion
  4. 1little cilantro
  5. Spices:
  6. 1 tablespoonginger
  7. 1 tablespoonturmeric
  8. 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  9. 1 teaspoonsalt
  10. 1 tablespoonclarified butter
  11. 1/2 cupoil
  12. 1 tablespoontomato paste

    In a pressure cooker, place the meat and chop the onion into small pieces. Add the spices, oil, clarified butter, and a cup of water. Let it cook well, then add enough water. Once the meat is cooked, add the vegetables cut over the meat and let them cook.
