In a pressure cooker, place the meat and chop the onion into small pieces. Add the spices, oil, clarified butter, and a cup of water. Let it cook well, then add enough water. Once the meat is cooked, add the vegetables cut over the meat and let them cook.

Meanwhile, place the couscous in a bowl and drizzle a little oil over it like this.

Let it steam for 30 minutes, then sprinkle it with a little water and salt, and steam it again. Repeat this step a third time.
