Valentine Sugar Cookie Cake Valentine Sugar Cookie Cake
This is a yearly event. I bake all my kids their own Valentine cookie. The pictured one is 8”, that size is for the “big” kids. I bake 6” cookies for the “little” kids (grands). Some like them plain, some like them with frosting. This one is/was mine. Of course, I let them choose the flavor: sugar cookie, chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, molasses (new request this year) Sonya Bankester -

Molten Chocolate Cake Molten Chocolate Cake
My boss asked me to make warm sweets for winter. If you bake it for too long, it won't be creamy inside, so check it when the surface has cracked. If it's not creamy inside without cracking the surface, it means the cooking temperature is too high, so reduce 5-10°C and keep checking.
