My addiction to sweets is almost pathological... so, every now and then, I bake myself a cake I can eat without any remorse!

Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsbrown sugar
  2. 150 gramsyogurt (of your choice)
  3. 120 gramswhole wheat flour
  4. 30 gramsrice flour or potato starch
  5. 2eggs
  6. 1 tbspseed oil
  7. 1 1/2 tspbaking soda
  8. decoration
  9. 2 tbspoatmeal
  10. 2 tbspmaple syrup
  11. 1 tspwater

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl whisk together sugar and eggs then add the two types of flour (pay attention if you don't want lumps in your cake)

    Mix yogurt and baking soda then add them to the rest of the ingredients

    Pour seed oil in the bowl and stir until homogenous

  4. 4

    Grease a cake pan

    Mix oatmeal with maple syrup and some water then pour it at the bottom of a cake pan, spread evenly.

    Add the mix and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes

    Let the cake cool down then invert it on a plate
